Replacing single-use items with WOSUP reusable services
WOSUP exists to enable shopping centres, airports, large-scale sport, entertainment venues and events to ditch single-use plastic (cold beverage) cups and switch to reusable, infinitely recyclable aluminium alternatives.
Previously the sport and entertainment industry has struggled to find sustainable, cost-effective alternatives to plastic cups that meet strict safety standards for live events. WOSUP is on track to pioneer the reusable industry in Australia.
Transitioning to reusable (not just recyclable) products is key to moving from an unsustainable economy to a circular one. Only 9% of all plastic produced has been recycled, compared to 75% of all aluminium that remains in active use.
