From the time he started brewing in his back yard back in 2003, John O'Brien has strived for the perfect gluten-free beer. Beer that could be enjoyed by everyone, free from the negative effects of barley and wheat.
Our Ballarat-based brewery produces seven different beers, all made from locally grown and malted ancient grains like sorghum and millet. Over 50 local and international awards is clear validation, culminating in 6 Gold Medals at the recent 2021 AIBAs.
